When a manufacturer tells you they can offer NEMA or IP rated enclosures that are custom made be careful! Manufacturers can be if they offer custom or bespoke units, each unit would have to be tested independently and would add a significant amount to the overall cost of the projector housing.

Unbreakable window.

As you can appreciate any projector enclosure fitted with a glass window can be broken, using toughened glass can distort the projected image. Using Acrylic which is a plastic, is broken easily with only slight force.
